The Role: The Retail Recruiter will be primarily responsible for implementing the Molton Brown Retail Recruitment Process. They will drive process improvement, new channels for talent attraction and partner with key stakeholder s to secure the best talent. What you will do: Take full ownership of assigned retail vacancies from job posting through to hire, covering all levels across Molton Brown stores, concessions, Travel Retail and seasonal pop-up locations throughout the UK & Ireland. Partner closely with hiring managers to determine the most effective sourcing strategies tailored to each vacancy. Manage the end-to-end job posting process, including the oversight of internal listings and external job board performance. Lead social media recruitment initiatives to attract high-quality retail talent and enhance employer brand visibility. Proactively identify and implement new and innovative talent attraction channels. Represent the brand at recruitment fairs and industry events to build brand presence and talent pipelines.
