Retail Security Guards - Premium Brand
Location: The Trafford Centre, Manchester Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts | 7 Days a Week Operation
We are seeking professional and reliable Retail Security Guards to join our team representing a prestigious premium brand based at The Trafford Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a strong, visible security presence on the shop floor. Deter theft, fraud, and anti-social behaviour through vigilant monitoring. Support store teams in loss prevention and incident response. Monitor CCTV and access control systems where applicable. Deliver excellent customer service aligned with the standards of a premium retail brand. Liaise with centre security, law enforcement, and emergency services as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures.
About You
Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence (essential). Previous experience in retail or luxury brand security is highly desirable. Smart, professional appearance with excellent communication skills. Confident, calm under pressure, and able to handle incidents discreetly. Flexible approach - available to work day and night shifts, including weekends.
