Duties

  • Maintaining a high profile, visible security presence
  • Being a polite and approachable security contact for customers and staff
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Dealing with loss prevention issues
  • Deterring anti-social behaviour, theft and criminal activity
  • Working as part of an experienced security team
  • Writing statements and reports as necessary

    • Essential Experience

  • Applicants must hold a valid SIA Door Supervision licence due to the requirement to cover the store’s bar and restaurant. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider applications from non-licence holders.

    • Desirable Attributes

  • Officers are expected to have a smart appearance and will be dressed in a black suit, company tie, white shirt and black formal shoes
  • Well groomed
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Good communication skills
  • Has strong work ethics, honesty and integrity
  • Retail Security experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of SCONE is preferred
