Sparking Growth for FMCG start-ups and challenger brands! Working together with brands to grow their Sales team

London (hybrid – 3 days in office- Moorgate)

We’re hiring for one of the fastest-growing brands in the UK hydration space - they’ve just taken the #1 spot in their category and are scaling at serious pace (+141% YoY).

Now they’re looking for a Senior National Account Manager to take the lead on some of their biggest and most exciting customers including Boots, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose as well as unlocking new opportunities in retail.

This one’s for someone who knows how to lead JBP conversations, own forecasting and commercial performance, and build standout relationships across the board. It’s a rare chance to join a high-performance, lean team at a real inflection point.

What you’ll be doing:

Owning and growing Boots, Sainsbury’s & Waitrose

Delivering revenue, margin and distribution targets

Negotiating JBPs and leading range reviews

Owning internal forecasting, planning and reporting

Being the voice of the customer inside the business

Opening doors to new grocery & high-street retail accounts

Strong negotiator and confident communicator

Proactive, energetic, and curious about what makes brands win
