SEN Teaching Assistant

Milk Education is recruiting purpose-driven, ambitious SEN Teaching Assistants to join SEN Schools across Nottingham, working on a long-term or short-term basis, starting immediately.
This is an exciting role for new or experienced educators to join fantastic schools to support pupils in reaching their potential!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-to-one support to pupils within a classroom setting. * Help pupils access learning activities and achieve their individual targets. * Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs. * Support pupils with communication, social skills, and emotional regulation. * Encourage positive behaviour and manage challenging behaviour within classroom settings.
Essential Qualifications:
* Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting. * Strong communication skills. * Patient, caring, and enthusiastic attitude. * Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher.
