About the Role:
Simply Education is seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Ely. This rewarding position is ideal for someone who has a genuine passion for supporting young people with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) and helping them achieve their full potential in a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with MLD and associated learning needs.
Assist teachers in creating engaging, differentiated learning activities tailored to individual needs.
Foster a supportive and encouraging classroom environment that promotes confidence and independence.
Support students with emotional regulation, social skills, and communication.
Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent support for each learner.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience working with children or young people with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).
A patient, empathetic, and resilient nature.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive approach to supporting learning and managing behaviour.
Own transport, as the school is not easily accessible by public transport.
Relevant qualifications or training in Special Educational Needs (desirable).What We Offer:
