Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire Salary: £90 - £100 per day Start Date: Immediate Full-time | Term Time Only
A primary school in Ely is looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 basis. This is a full-time role with an immediate start, ideal for someone looking to make a real difference in a child's education.
Key Duties:
Provide 1:1 support throughout the school day Follow an Individual Education Plan (IEP) Encourage social and emotional development Assist with classroom tasks and group activities Work in partnership with school staff and parents
Candidate Requirements:
Some experience working with children (school, nursery, or similar) A nurturing, empathetic, and proactive approach Strong communication and organisational skills A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
