Role: SEN Teaching Assistant

Location: Dudley
Salary: £90 – £100 per day

An Ofsted-rated Good school in Dudley is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This is a rewarding role for someone who’s patient, positive, and adaptable, with a genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs. You’ll help pupils build confidence, stay engaged, and reach their potential in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Whether you’re an experienced TA, a graduate exploring education, or an aspiring teacher, this role offers valuable classroom experience and professional growth.

  • Has experience supporting children with additional needs or a strong desire to do so.

  • Can follow EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans) or similar support plans.

  • Brings empathy, patience, and a nurturing approach to every interaction.

  • Can adapt to changing situations with confidence and positivity.

  • Is genuinely passionate about making a difference in children’s lives.

    All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
