The Role:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning plans and interventions. Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment. Support pupils with emotional, behavioural, and communication needs to reach their full potential.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar educational setting. Understanding of autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, or other learning difficulties. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
