Are you a Teaching Assistant passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people?

A welcoming and supportive special needs school is looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant to join the team!

This is a full-time, permanent role, offering a rewarding opportunity to help students thrive both academically and personally. You will be working Monday-Friday, 08:30-16:00.

The ideal Teaching Assistant will have:

Previous experience in a similar role - supporting GCSE students as well as a diverse range of learners with special needs.
A supportive, understanding approach while maintaining clear boundaries.
Confidence in leading small group sessions, including activities such as current affairs, debate, and other engaging discussions (resources provided).
A current DBS certificate (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
