The Role: As a Retail Development Coach, you’ll lead the rollout of an Operational Excellence Program across a network of stores in South London and the Southeast. Your focus will be on improving: Customer service Brand standards Store compliance Food safety

You’ll coach store teams to deliver a consistent, superior customer experience.

What We’re Looking For: Proven background in FMCG (preferably within the convenience retail sector) Experience managing multiple store locations Strong coaching and influencing skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Competency with Microsoft Office applications A full, clean driving licence Level 3 Food Safety Certification (advantageous but not essential)
