Job Description

We are looking for two new Visual Merchandisers for our ZARA Home store in Battersea & Kings Road.

General

IMAGE:

• Keep up to date with fashion and interior design trends, as well as with the actions and proposals of competitors.

• Understand the characteristics of each room and their display/location in the store.

• Review the TGT daily, analyse the product news report and prepare the store displays to show them before opening.

• Implement and adapt Visual Merchandising standards to store needs, ensuring that it is visually and commercially attractive.

• Do the pre-check deliveries together with the Store Manager.

• Supervise that image and restocking standards are applied by the entire team.

• Ensure that labels are aligned with products by adapting it to the furniture and the moment: special prices, discounts, etc.

CUSTOMERS:

• Has a full customer care focus, overseeing team training to ensure customer care standards are always high to build customer loyalty.

• Resolves possible conflicts with customers, always prioritising customer satisfaction.

PRODUCT:

• Work daily with sales rankings, new product performance, zero-sales items, and family weight distribution planning adjustments based on furniture profitability, adapting product placement to store needs and available stock levels.

• Analyse and cross-check data with their store profiles and sales.

• Monitor sales by ambience, tables and furniture to get the most out of the stores strategic sections.

• Give product feedback

• Help with their proposals to drive sales and store performance.

• Knows sales tools and give support to the store manager.

PEOPLE:

• On delivery days, present new items at the morning meeting, analyse sales by families/products and explain merchandising changes in store.

• Fluid and effective communication with the store manager and the team regarding: Analysis of sales and rankings and stock levels of key products.

• Provide timely and complementary support to Store Managers: Manage store opening procedures, staff planning and handle unforeseen situations with customers or team members.

• Perform the Store Managers duties in their absence.
